Our service

Tibraah curates and sources outfits, accessories and gifting, coordinates packaging, and arranges international delivery through a network of independent vendors and service providers. Availability, handmade variation and timelines are confirmed for each order.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are based on the agreed items, customizations and information available at the time. An advance may be required to reserve pieces or begin work. Remaining balances must be paid according to the confirmed order schedule. Currency conversion, banking fees, customs duties and local taxes may apply.

Approvals and measurements

You are responsible for reviewing shared videos, specifications, spelling, colors, sizes and customization details before approval. Measurements should be accurate and submitted using our requested method. Handmade and natural materials may show reasonable differences in shade, texture or embroidery.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Couriers, customs authorities, weather and other events outside our control can affect timing. Customers are responsible for local duties and taxes unless a quote clearly states otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Customized, altered, made-to-order, personalized and final-sale items are generally non-returnable. Any issue must be reported promptly with clear photos or video. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping, customs and taxes are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tibraah’s responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected item or service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
